Famous Samurai “Tokugawa Ieyasu” made his Shogunate Government in the 17th century, when he was 62 years old. However his life was never smooth at all.
He had been held hostage at other Samurai’s castle during 13 years. He had to spend his life as the hostage in his childhood, and he was finally freed when he turned 19 years old.
It is important to make an enterprise’s goal, but frequently, we need to look back at emotional commands and reduce it. All you need is patience for a fully grown man, to become a man.

In my personal perspective, consumers had better allow it to be sold out, then we can reduce food loss and waste. Everyone’s tolerance will save the global environment.
Unfortunately, overworking produce unessential cost of fuel and light, and everyone has to take care of the utility bill. Because we share the only earth, we should handle its environment with care.
“Forget about Perfection at the Restaurant Work”
When you are preparing dishes, the appropriate amount always makes sense. Sugar and soy sauce are good combinations for Tokyo style food, but if you add too much, it will be salty and spoiling the appetite.
Person who works as the management should approve their out of stock, then the restaurant can prevent overworking. Why don’t you forget about perfection at the restaurant work, then cooks get more productivity and happiness.
